This article seemed interesting because I often notice that when I read, even if I do not read every single word in a sentence, I still understand the meaning of the sentence. I was hoping to learn more about how the brain processes information in a way that allows it to seemingly skip over some pieces of information and yet still retain the overall meaning of the text that has been read.
